My client is a leading retailer in providing consumer goods, currently looking for experienced talents to join their operation team and help enhance their sales operation and strategy through new system development and data analytics.
Job Description
- Diagnosis sales data and develop sales insights and operation solution
- Develop sales force plans and implement systems to enhance sales effectiveness
- Manage major CRM program to manage customer data and ensure sales operation effectiveness
- Prepare dashboards and analytics solution to support CRM system
- Develop continuous improvement and maintenance of sales force system
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or above in Computer Science, Marketing, Information System, Operation Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM and system development
- Experience in FMCG industries will be an advantage
- Fluency in English and Chinese in both written and spoken
