About Our Client
A US-based electronic component (semiconductor) company operating a APAC business hub in Hong Kong.
The Business Marketing Manager is one of the key people in the business team, focusing on identifying business opportunities and executing marketing plans in order to achieve business results. With a mix of technical and business experiences, the Manager will act as a product line owner to coordinate internal teams such as sales, application engineering, product planning, and pricing management. Being within the product marketing function, the Manager will manage product portfolio and roadmaps, as well as deliver product trainings and launch plans. Additional responsibilities will include demand planning, inventory management, and sales channel development.
The Successful Applicant
Marketing and business development experiences within the semiconductor industry are required. The ideal candidate should also possess a technical background in semiconductor engineering, with experiences in power-related products being a strong advantage. Prior track record in designing and implementing successful marketing programs will be highly valued.
The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and ideally another language such as Chinese. Strong people skills (i.e. ability to build and maintain channel partner relationships) will complement well with technical and business knowledge.
