They are now hiring a Business Intelligence Lead to lead a team of 2 BI Engineers on managing data pipeline and oversee data architecture framework. You are expected to maintain close communication with users across APAC and collaborate closely with IT team in Europe.Job DescriptionReport to Director. Define data vision and strategy roadmap.Lead 2 BI Engineers on design and implement data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse.Build interactive, self-service dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide stakeholders with insights into business performance, trends, and key metrics.Perform advanced data analysis, including statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and ad-hoc queries, to uncover hidden patterns and derive meaningful insights from the data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC, including business users and subject matter experts, to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Continuously monitor data quality, identify and address data anomalies, and implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity and reliability.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Cloud Platform, Power BI, Docker/ Git and data analytics best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the organization's data capabilities.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in data engineering, management and analytics/ business intelligenceExperience in Python, SQLExpertise in Power BI, including data modeling, visualizations, and report development.Strong experience in ETL process and data pipeline management with strong concept in data architecture frameworkExperience in cloud data platform (AWS/ Azure/ GCP)Strong in cross-regional stakeholders management, APAC project experience is preferredExperience in collaborating with overseas IT team is a plusVisionary. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate results.
