About Our Client
Operating over 50 offices globally, they remained as the market leader in Digital Media Analytic technology. They aim to improve and grow their clients' business by real time news monitoring, crisis management, competitor analysis and market research. With their continuous expansion of the Hong Kong team, they are looking for an Business Development Manager/ Account Manager to maintain strong relationship with the clients.
Job Description
- Engage with the existing clients to understand their business needs
- Identify opportunities to renew subscriptions, upsell and cross sell products to the client
- Work closely with the Account Servicing team to assist with product demonstration and establish strategic plan
- Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder in Media, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology or any relevant discipline
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- At least 3 years of B2B Account Servicing/ Business Development experience in service industry is required
- Able to work in face-paced environment and strong in problem solving
