Job Description

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with premium fashion brands, cultivating long-term relationships with buyers, and positioning the company as a preferred manufacturing partner. You will leverage your industry network to open doors, present tailored solutions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and production excellence. This role requires a proactive approach to market intelligence, trend analysis, and strategic outreach.

The Successful Applicant

You should bring extensive experience in business development or sales within the apparel or textile industry, with a strong network of contacts among premium fashion brands. A deep understanding of denim manufacturing, product development cycles, and client expectations is essential. You are results-driven, persuasive, and able to navigate complex negotiations with professionalism and insight. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; other regional languages are a plus.
