Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to win key accounts and strategic projects.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams to align on customer needs.
  • Partner with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation.
  • Co-sell with partners to improve conversion and expand reach.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in enterprise/data infrastructure sales.
  • Strong network in Hong Kong, especially in Fintech, eCommerce, Digital, Payment, Retail and Logistic, Government sectors are preferred
  • Familiarity with databases and/or cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
  • Willing to travel regularly.
  • Native Cantonese, English and Mandarin proficiency preferred.
