About Our Client

Our client is a fast growing start-up focused on creating sustainable products for the hotel space. They are now adding a Business Development Lead to further expand the hospitality channel.

Job Description

The Business Development Lead is an integral role based in Hong Kong, driving international business development (building out Hong Kong market and expanding globally). You will responsible for developing new hospitality accounts. You will need to proactively identify opportunities in the market and be able to develop strong relationships with clients. This person will be looking after a small team. Frequent travel will be required for this role.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have at least 6 years of sales experience selling to hotels or airlines and have exposure and understanding on tendering. Candidates from beverage background is preferred. The successful candidate should be agile and fast-paced and can adapt to working in a start-up environment. This person must be proactive, determined and have strong business development skills. Experience in team management is required. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must and additional Asian languages is preferred.
