About Our Client
Our client is a large player in the infrastructure services space and they are now expanding their business by hiring new headcounts including this senior sales leader position to their Hong Kong team. My client is a well-known company with a dynamic culture and fast paced environment. This is an exciting and strategic role.
The Business Development Director will be focused on exploring new strategic opportunities relating to infrastructure services, across Greater China. You will be responsible in leading multifunctional teams on the development of complex solutions for the clients, acting as a strategic partner. This position requires someone with strong experience in working with high-level and senior C-level clientele. You will be exercising long term planning and will be representing the company in complex negotiations with partners, customers and different parties.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of business development experience within the IT industry, with a focus in infrastructure services and hybrid cloud. It is essential that you have strong experiences in working with large-scale and complex projects, handling deals of a significant size. The candidate must have a strong network in Hong Kong and preferably across Greater China as well. This person must have excellent communication skills with external and internal parties. You must be a strong relationship developer and must be a strong negotiator. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
