Job Description

As a Business Development Associate Director/Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver effective solutions for clients.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives in all business development activities.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to support the development of the business development team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Associate Director/Director should have:
