Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Focus on target industries (e.g. F&B, unmanned retail, cross-border e-commerce, and other verticals). Drive deep integration of the company's overseas acquiring products with industry clients by identifying client needs, integrating internal and external resources, and designing tailored commercial cooperation models.
  2. Analyze the target industry landscape, including market size, growth trends, regulatory environment, and customer pain points.
  3. Client needs identification: Leverage industry reports, client interviews, and competitor analysis to distill core customer requirements and develop industry-specific solutions.
  4. Lead industry client acquisition, business development, marketing initiatives, and ongoing client relationship management.

The Successful Applicant



Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above (full-time), preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of B2B business development experience, with a minimum of 1 year in overseas payment or fintech client acquisition.
  3. Strong industry network and ability to quickly access and engage decision-makers.
  4. Client needs analysis & solutioning capability: Ability to identify client needs through interviews and data analysis, and translate technical product capabilities into tangible business value.
  5. Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with product, risk control, and operations teams.
  6. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language.
