Job Description

  • Collaborate extensively with teams across the Real Estate and Private Equity team to support transaction execution, onboarding of new investments, and ongoing oversight of portfolio companies and joint ventures.
  • Participate in the coordination of financial due diligence processes, including liaising with external advisors and evaluating key findings and recommendations.
  • Analyze and interpret legal and financial documentation related to acquisitions, divestitures, and financing arrangements-such as sale and purchase agreements, term sheets, escrow contracts, and debt facilities.
  • Oversee the setup of investment entities and develop detailed fund flow schedules for transaction closings, working closely with Treasury on capital movements and foreign exchange settlements. Lead recurring reporting cycles by reviewing monthly financials, quarterly cash flow and NAV updates, and annual audited statements for investment portfolios.
  • Coordinate funding activities-including credit line usage, capital calls, and distributions-with internal teams across Asia.
  • Serve as the primary contact for audit engagements, managing communications with external auditors and service providers.
  • Support a variety of special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Requirement:
  • A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 - 7 years of Big 4 Transaction Services Team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
