About Our Client

Our client is a global market leader within the industry. They have a sizeable Data Hub and now hiring a Business Analytics Manager/ Senior Manager to lead team on business analytics across internal operations including but not limit to Finance (core), HR and Supply Chain etc.

Job Description

  • Lead a small team, to develop and implement a data analytics strategy for improving decision-making and provide valuable insights to support business objectives
  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders, including various functions team and Business units, to develop and implement data intelligence strategies that enhance O+O customer experience, improve productivity, and drive overall business growth. (mainly on finance data, work on people and supply chain as well)
  • Oversee the collection, integration and cleansing of data from various sources, ensure data integrity and quality
  • Develop predictive models and perform data mining to identify trends, patterns and correlations, for addressing problems
  • Apply solutions to streamline data process and enhance the work efficiency
  • Create data visualization to bring new insight and recommendation that helps to achieve business goals
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Data Analytics and Statistic related disciplines
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on data interpretation, modeling and visualization,
  • Experience in ETL process and hands-on with processing large, diverse data volume (SQL)
  • Proficient in analytics tools for data mining and automation e.g. Python, SAS, Alteryx
  • Hands-on with dashboard development using PowerBI, Tableau or QlikSense
  • Solid experience in Oracle Cloud, Azure/AWS is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in data strategy and digital transformation
  • Previously working at a sizeable company
  • Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
