Job Description

  • Lead Agile development processes and sprint goals
  • Perform system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services
  • Report to management and obtain approval for system development projects
  • Integrate new systems with business operations
  • Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct impact analyses
  • Implement system designs and ensure end-user proficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in full systems development
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in business process modeling and requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of systems engineering concepts and modeling techniques
  • Experience with Business Intelligence concepts
  • Ability to create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups



Technical Skills:

  • Agile development approaches
  • API mapping and specification
  • Understanding of DevOps, Cloud, Microservices, and Mobile development
  • Business Intelligence tools and concepts



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP) preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
