Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency.
  • Create detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and user stories.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in supply chain management.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the consultancy, retail or luxury sector.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with SAP improvement projects
  • Passion for luxury retail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
