About Our Client

Our client is a market leading retail group, they are now seeking for experienced Business Analyst in Finance (SAP FICO) to join their finance team.

Job Description

  • Engage in projects involving ERP, POS, voucher systems, vendor portals, and integrated operational systems data to SAP FICO.
  • Establish a Group finance operational model for upstream processes to improve cost efficiency and unify data for analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, develop solutions, and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure inventory completeness and accuracy, correct item and BOM settings.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system implementations or enhancements.
  • Provide user training and assist internal customers with queries and requests.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, streamline Master Data procedures for enhanced efficiency.
  • Design reports for auditing purposes related to master data, including logs of new data, changes, and pricing setup.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing or business analysis across multiple finance systems or accounting platforms.
  • Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong experience with MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems, preferably SAP Fi/CO.
  • Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions focusing on value creation.
