Job Description

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and functional requirements to support solution design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with a solid BA skillset (requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation).
  • Familiarity with New Business end-to-end operation procedures, including underwriting, policy issuance, and customer onboarding.
  • Experience in New Business system transformation projects, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
