About Our Client

The IT department develops, implements and supports software and IT services and processes that allow the company to remain at the forefront of high-quality banking systems.
-The manager is passionate about growing and developing people and will work with the Product Management Team and Technology Leads to build out the BA Practice.
- They will also be responsible for ensuring and enforcing that the deliverables adhere to the practices and standards set by BA Practice.
-The manager enables teams by providing coaching
outlining empowerment and accountability
and organizing the work stream to balance development, innovation, risk, and productivity. Leadership & Development
-Establishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
-Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
-Manages and evaluates individual/team performance and takes appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality.
- Manages assigned area(s) of responsibility to ensure workloads are appropriately balanced among team members.
-Ensures that top talent is hired and retained for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. Product & Strategic Development
-Define and rollout best practices on business requirement definitions and documentation, using agile tools and techniques.
-Consults with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
-Collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders and management to assess, select and recommend solutions and/or alternative approaches that will achieve business goals, reduce time to market, cost, scope, while achieving a high-quality deliverable.
-Defines and builds organizational capabilities necessary to meet the business strategy.
-Help influence and support the strategic IT roadmap for the company. Work with business and IT peers to help define, develop and maintain strategic and tactical programs and plans.
-Develop and deliver presentations to business and IT senior management.
-Serves as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
-Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
-Manages and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, or related discipline preferred. Education requirements may be satisfied with commensurate experience
-10+ Years' experience in business analysis role
including 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
-Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to make sound decisions
-Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal and able to effectively work with senior management and executives
