Job Description

  • Support the delivery of health and claims-related solutions integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications
  • Liaise closely with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet business requirements
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking
  • Lead and support testing activities by coordinating with testing teams and business users to validate system functionality and performance
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and provide timely escalation and resolution support
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to claims and health operations to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project governance standards throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with solid BA skillset, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and testing coordination
  • Previous experience in insurance and/or financial services industry is a must
  • Familiar with system implementation lifecycle and experienced in managing UAT activities, including reviewing test plans and test results
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Prior exposure to health or claims-related projects or domain knowledge is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
