Our client is a global financial institution with operations across major markets. Known for its innovation and customer focus, the bank is currently undergoing a core banking system revamp to modernize its infrastructure and enhance service delivery.

Job Description

  • Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Map current vs. future state processes and identify gaps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into system specifications.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and audit requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement walkthroughs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of core banking operations (e.g., deposits, loans, payments).
  • Experience with system migration, data mapping, and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
