About Our Client

Our client is a famous Cosmetic Brand selling their products through physical stores and online platforms, due to the market situation we are rapidly expanding and is seeking an independent candidate to join our team and preparing the advanced reporting.

Job Description

  • Responsible for all regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting, controlling of a well-established brand with a dynamic business matrix from different point of views
  • Perform financial and business analysis for business performance monitoring and to support business decisions
  • Provide strategic analysis on business to make proposals or recommendations, to elaborate solutions and drive for brand improvement in terms of business objectives, financial performance and operational processes
  • Control operation expenses and seek areas of savings, efficiency and productivity
  • Participate proactively in the strategic planning and decision process of the brand
  • Ensure procedures and internal controls are properly in place, to reinforce the company policy and guidelines through education to brand team
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment as assigned from time to time from management and HQ

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience preferably in MNC environment
  • Experience in retail industry will be a MUST
  • Fluent in both English & Chinese
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Team player mentality and be able to work independently with problem solving skills
