About Our Client

Our client is anorganization responsible for promoting tourism in Hong Kong. It operates as an official body that showcases the city's attractions, culture, and experiences to both domestic and international tourists. They work closely with industry partners, including hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and attractions, to develop and promote tourism products and packages. It also collaborates with government agencies, cultural organizations, and local communities to organize festivals, exhibitions, and cultural events that showcase the unique heritage and diversity of Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic guidance to global offices in developing and executing major marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategies for new product launches, event promotions, segment programs, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the quality and implementation of brand marketing deliverables and activities align with the agreed brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Work independently and oversee suppliers in planning and producing marketing communication materials for overseas markets, especially for mega events promotions and new product launches.
  • Brief and collaborate with advertising and media agencies to achieve high-quality creative outputs, production, and effective communication and media plans.
  • Facilitate efficient communication between advertising and media agencies and overseas offices to maximize efficiency, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Identify and explore new initiatives and cooperative platforms for global/regional marketing and brand building campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and regularly track and report to the government.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree holder with a minimum 5-8 years' experience in advertising agency and/ or consumer marketing and marketing communications field
  • Excellent written and persuasive presentation skills; in both English and Chinese.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Experience in destination or tourism-related marketing is a distinct advantage
  • Creative, self-driven, detailed-minded. Able to multi-task in project management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, able to work independently
  • Less experienced individuals would be considered as Assistant Manager
