About Our Client

Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of prescription and OTC healthcare products. They are currently seeking a Brand Manager to join their team to develop and execute HK growth strategy and brand plans.

Job Description

  • Plan and develop yearly brand plans, budgets, and forecasts, effectively managing all marketing A&P expenses while monitoring their effectiveness to ensure a positive ROI.
  • Prioritize a consumer-centric approach in all brand activities by leveraging compelling consumer insights and adopting best practices.
  • Take charge of marketing policies, programs, and activities, ensuring compliance with marketing codes, regulations, and standards to safeguard the company's and brand's reputation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor actions to identify opportunities in the market, adjusting marketing strategies and plans to meet changing market conditions and competition.
  • Identify business opportunities by supporting the evaluation and analysis of global/regional business development initiatives and creating local launch plans as needed.
  • Develop local advertising and promotional strategies and objectives that align with regional strategies and guidelines.
  • Lead local Digital marketing strategy, oversee execution, and evaluate performance to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency between consumer, customer, and healthcare professional initiatives and approved business strategies and brand style guidelines.
  • Foster relationships with KOLs and brand advocates.

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder in Marketing or Business Management.

With at least 4 years of experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare (OTC) industry.

Consumer centric mindset with solid experience in brand management and development.

Experience in new product development and developing corresponding launch plans.

Excellent communication skills with strong presentation
