Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Brand Manager to drive the development of a Art & Culture brand which brings together fine art and exceptional artisanal mastery. This role is responsible for P&L management, central to defining the brand's positioning, building strong cultural relevance, and unlocking commercial growth through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development.

You will lead initiatives that connect the brand with the broader art and cultural landscape, shaping meaningful collaborations while elevating brand awareness and audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and drive a compelling brand positioning and narrative within the Art & Culture ecosystem
  • Develop and execute strategies to build brand awareness, cultural relevance, and audience affinity
  • Identify and unlock new market opportunities to grow the brand's presence locally and internationally
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and storytelling across all platforms and touchpoints



Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Lead the development of strategic partnerships across art institutions, galleries, artists, museums, cultural organizations, and creative communities
  • Identify and cultivate collaborative opportunities that enhance brand equity, visibility, and cultural credibility
  • Build long-term relationships with artists, curators, collectors, and cultural influencers
  • Initiate and manage cross-industry collaborations (e.g., with luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or creative sectors) to expand audience reach and commercial potential



Commercial Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, audience expansion, and new business opportunities
  • Explore innovative monetization models including partnership-led initiatives, collaborations, sponsorships, and experiential offerings
  • Monitor performance and optimize strategies through data-driven insights and market intelligence
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to ensure sustainable business performance



Experiential & Cultural Programming

  • Conceptualize and deliver high-impact cultural activations, exhibitions, and brand experiences
  • Curate VIP and collector-focused experiences that strengthen engagement with key audiences
  • Translate brand storytelling into immersive experiences and meaningful cultural narratives



Insights, Marketing & Communications

  • Leverage audience insights and cultural trends to inform brand strategy and partnership development
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Shape communication strategies that resonate with diverse audience segments within the art and cultural space

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (Arts, Cultural Management, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Management, Business Management or Partnership Management, preferred from Luxury, Fine Art, Culture, Auction House or Creative industries, with strong exposure to brand building/Business planning.
  • Demonstrated network and experience working with art institutions, galleries, artists, or cultural organizations
  • Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive brand growth
  • Understanding of the art and cultural ecosystem, trends, and audience behaviours
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience in business strategy, revenue generation, and financial management
  • Experience in delivering cultural programs, exhibitions, or brand-led activation
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse partners
  • Entrepreneurial, agile mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
