Job Description

As the Senior Bid Manager for Asia, you will be responsible for governing the entire bid and pursuit management framework across the region, ensuring every opportunity is strategically qualified, properly governed, and compellingly presented. Reporting directly to the Managing Director Asia, with a dotted line to Senior Sales Leadership, you will serve as the regional authority on bid strategy and execution, applying established playbooks and global methodologies to drive high‑quality, competitive submissions. You will lead cross‑functional Pursuit Teams that span Sales, Solution Design, Commercial, Legal, Operations, and subject‑matter experts across geographies, ensuring bids are fully resourced, tightly managed, and executed with discipline. The role includes managing governance cycles, ensuring compliance with global and local approval processes, mitigating commercial and delivery risks, and preparing polished proposals and executive‑level presentations that reflect the organisation's brand and strategic value. You will also support post‑submission phases such as presentations, BAFOs, negotiations, and debriefs, while leading continuous improvement efforts that strengthen bid management processes across the region.

The Successful Applicant

You will bring extensive experience in bid, pursuit, or proposal management, ideally within multi‑country or regional environments. You are comfortable operating at an executive level and have a proven record of leading complex, high‑value bids in services, outsourcing, BPO, FM, or technology‑enabled operations. Familiarity with structured methodologies such as APMP and Revenue Storm is highly advantageous, along with strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing structures, margin protection, and risk. You will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive, board‑level presentations. The ideal candidate thrives in cross‑cultural environments, navigates varying levels of bid maturity, and confidently drives accountability while maintaining governance and quality standards.
