About Our Client
The international convention centre is set-up by two companies. One is the world's leading event planner and service provider. The other one is leading property developer in Canton, China. This win-win co-operation project is based in Guangzhou, aiming at undertaking high-level international conferences to enhance Guangzhou's status as international city.
- Master the service process of Chinese and western food, participate in the planning of large-scale banquets and conferences, reasonably allocate the personnel.
- Maintain the property of the department, make quarterly operating budget, feedback information from customers in weekly meeting.
- Responsible for the management of food and beverage department, grasping the service quality of each department, responsible for the work planning and staff training of each department.
The Successful Applicant
- More than 5-year international hotel/conference centre event management experience.
- Workable oral and written English.
- Good communication and team management skill.
- Junior college and above.
