They are seeking a back of house coordinator, who would manage provision of services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology, along with helping develop the maintenance plan and schedule (daily, weekly, and monthly activities) to ensure smooth operationsJob DescriptionEnsuring that basic facilities, such as water, electricity, heating, and cooling, are well-maintainedCoordinate the transportation of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating the island ecosystemMonitor the quality and performance of waste services, including providing input on contract management of external providersOversee the performance of equipment/assets on a day-to-day basis and must be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recovery requirementsOversee the operations of electrical power distribution systems including generating stations, transmission stations and distribution networks.
