About Our Client

My client is a global banking corporation with growing business in recent years. Within a year, they have rapid expansion across APAC. They offer stable environment, work life balance and flexible work arrangement for their employees. They are currently looking for an HR Asst. Manager to join their shared services team, the role will be supporting business partners for an assigned portfolio.

Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end HR services, including onboarding mgmt., C&B administration, benefits management, expatriate services, policy review, and handling HR enquires from internal staff in the region
  • Act as the key POC for system implementation and HR process improvement project
  • Assist in different HR projects, such as policy review, C&B annual projects etc.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and employee relations activities
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of HR shared services experience from financial services industries
  • Good command in both English and Cantonese
  • Detailed-minded, independent and confident
