It plays a central role in maintaining market integrity, enforcing regulatory compliance, and facilitating cross-border connectivity with Mainland China through innovative trading platforms and regulatory collaboration.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Rule Enforcement: Conduct inspections, annual attestations, and thematic reviews
  • Market Education: Organize seminars, roundtables, and publish compliance bulletins
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare presentations and use data tools for insights
  • System Testing: Perform UAT and support rule enforcement system rollouts
  • Policy Development: Help maintain and review internal procedures
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulators, participants, and internal teams
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Flexibility to support special assignments

The Successful Applicant

Idea Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in finance, law, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years in audit, compliance, enforcement, or advisory-preferably with regulators or top-tier financial institutions
  • more senior level will be considered for AVP
  • Knowledge of financial markets and trading practices.
  • Proficiency in interpreting regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
