This role will report to the AML team lead whilst working in a team of several other staff. This role will focus on transaction monitoring for their trade finance business.

About Our Client

My client is a global European Corporate Investment bank with over 200 staff in Hong Kong. They have offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, and Shanghai for APAC. They are also looking to expand into Australia.

Job Description

  • Report directly to the AML team lead whilst working alongside several staff
  • Main duties include AML transaction monitoring including escalation of alerts for payment/sanctions/PEP/Adverse media screening
  • the main coverage will be for their trade finance business
  • AML and KYC advisory
  • support AML risks when necessary
  • AML projects

The Successful Applicant

  • bachelor degree
  • 5-8 years of AML transaction monitoring experience from corporate and/or investment bank
  • strong preference for candidates with trade finance experience
  • must be able to work independently
  • must be able to speak Chinese and English
