Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts, formulating strategic plans to achieve sales goals in export markets such as Korea and India through a distributor model.
  • Oversee sales orders, forecasts, and procurement plans, while preparing comprehensive reports and analyses to identify upselling opportunities proactively.
  • Implement assets for e-commerce and retail purposes, ensuring strict compliance with brand standards.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations, supported by the education team.
  • Optimize the return on investment (ROI) for trade expenditures to meet company objectives.
  • Monitor industry and market trends, as well as competitor activities, to enhance market intelligence and recommend proactive measures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with experience in the Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury sectors.
  • At least 6 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with an excellent numerical aptitude.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and driven by a strong passion for success.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
