Job Description

  • Oversee the Error Trade Policy and Dynamic Price Bands on the trading platform, ensuring consistent application and sound judgement for potential erroneous trades.
  • Conduct daily system health‑checks and support major incident management, including timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to technical teams when necessary.
  • Provide clear, accurate responses to stakeholder queries related to pricing procedures and trading operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the London-based team through structured daily handovers and timely escalation of critical matters.
  • Maintain trading platform statistics and analytical coding updates, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Deliver demonstrations and training sessions on platform functionalities to market participants.
  • Support project initiatives, including UAT testing, documentation updates, regulatory reporting, and assisting with platform upgrades and conformance activities.



The Successful Applicant

  • 2 years of experience in the financial sector
  • Strong knowledge or experience in electronic trading
  • Familiarity with market terminology
  • An understanding of Futures and Options a bonus
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA, SQL and Python is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
