Job Description

Stepping into this Associate Director, Credit Card Acquisition, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of card and insurance initiatives, driving measurable results that align with ambitious business objectives.

In this dynamic position, you will drive acquisition growth by diversifying channels and forging strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance profitability and foster sustainable business expansion. Your expertise will guide the identification of untapped customer segments, enabling the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that elevate brand prominence and revenue growth.

By optimizing cost-per-acquisition and customer segmentation, you will diversify customer base, strengthen portfolio resilience, and unlock lucrative cross-selling opportunities. Through seamless collaboration with internal and external partners, you will ensure the sound implementation of campaigns while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.

As Associate Director, your leadership will ensure cohesive coordination with customer service, operations, and sales teams, delivering campaigns that meet rigorous timelines and enhance customer experiences. By partnering with merchants to develop exclusive privileges and co-branded promotions, you will amplify the appeal of the firm's card programs. You will also apply your analytical acumen in post-campaign performance evaluation, driving continuous improvements, and keeping a close eye on industry trends.

Finally, you are expected to perform the above responsibilities while ensuring regulatory compliance as required in a financial services firm.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in credit card products. Solid capabilities in product development, project management, and marketing communications are expected.

As a leader of the team, the position suits talents who are highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Besides strong interpersonal skills, creativity and critical thinking, a successful applicant would possess strong business instincts developed through past experience which allows him/her to adapt to changing marketing conditions.

This position requires Bachelor's degree and excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese included).
