Job Description

As an Assistant/ Finance Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and milestones
  • Analyse existing finance processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive process standardisation and workflow optimisation
  • Implement automation and digitalisation initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT on ERP, reporting tools, or system upgrades
  • Gather business requirements from finance stakeholders
  • Manage UAT, system validation, and user training
  • Partner with finance, commercial, operations, supply chain, and IT teams
  • Communicate project updates to senior management



The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Finance Manager (PMO) should have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 4-6 years' experience in finance/ transformation projects
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
