Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of medical and sterilisation equipment at client sites.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
  • Support training and development of service technicians.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical service or field support, ideally within the medical device or healthcare equipment sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
