About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing sustainable premium spring water brand based in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The company is committed to providing low-carbon, recyclable packaged drinking water sourced from natural springs with naturally occurring minerals. They are now seeking an Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales to drive growth in the Hong Kong and Macau hotel and casino channels.

Job Description

  1. Channel Development (Hotels & Casinos)
  • Develop and manage relationships with major casino groups and their hotel networks in Macau.
  • Lead client acquisition, business negotiations, onboarding processes, contract signing, and pricing implementation.
  • Expand procurement opportunities across Hong Kong and Macau hotel systems (5-star, 4-star, boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and conference hotels) for various usage scenarios: F&B, guest rooms, mini-bars, and event water supply.
  1. Distributor Network Management
  • Build and manage local distributors, wholesalers, and delivery partners to ensure stable supply and execution at retail points.
  • Design and implement policies for entry, display, promotions, and rebates, ensuring compliance and effective sell-through.
  1. Key Account Management & Business Operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, F&B directors, housekeeping, finance, operations, supply chain) to drive repeat purchases, product expansion, and new placements.
  • Establish sales forecasting and replenishment mechanisms to minimize stockouts and inventory risks, ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Monitor market trends in Hong Kong and Macau for drinking water and beverage pricing, competitor entry strategies, and merchandising tactics to provide strategic recommendations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven exposure to building client bases in Hong Kong and Macau hotel and casino sectors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, capable of developing and implementing sales action plans and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Mature, self-motivated, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and proficient in English.
