You will proactively identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel groups, designers, consultants, and project stakeholders, and manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to project completion. Working closely with the office Sales Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening market presence in Hong Kong and Macau, while delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements. This role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to manage long sales cycles, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.The Successful ApplicantYou are a motivated and results-driven sales professional with experience in project sales, ideally within interiors, carpets, flooring, building materials, or related industries, with exposure to hospitality clients. You have strong relationship management skills and are comfortable working independently in a lean team environment. Experience working with hotel groups, designers, architects, or contractors in Hong Kong or Macau will be highly advantageous.
