Our client, a leading company in consumer electronic sector, they are hiring an assistant sales manager to grow the business in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals effectively.
  • Maintain daily communication with dealers and store sales teams regarding stock availability and order inquiries.
  • Motivate and support partnership retailers and wholesalers to maximise monthly revenue.
  • Conduct sales and product training to enhance store staff knowledge.
  • Analyse market trends and product performance to forecast opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business and sales prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Track and evaluate dealer performance, ensuring continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/ Associate degree in Business Administration, or related subjects
  • Proven sales track record in consumer electronics in B2C business. Experience in audio device is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for consumer electronic industry.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
