About Our Client
My client is a Leading Beer Brand with years of presence in the market. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to look after their on-trade channels in HK.
Job Description
- Achieve sales target with different on-trade channels as assigned
- Plan and execute business strategies with different key channels
- Build and maintain good relationship with business partners
- Manage sales budget, cost control, product & trade marketing activities
- Develop and manage a team of Sales Reps
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder preferred
- 5 years+ of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Beer Industry
- Supervisory experience is a must
- Result-oriented and a problem solver with excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Effective people management and communication skills
- Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese
