Our client is one of the largest US investment banks that mainly provides investment and wealth management services. The department is currently looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager(PB) to handle private wealth management with focus in account opening, KYC, and assist client in executing securities transaction. The successful candidate should have relevant of working or internship experience in wealth management sector, fresh graduate is welcomed!

About Our Client

Our client is a well-known established US investment bank that provides wealth and investment services for more than 400 years of history in over 40 countries. They are currently looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager(PB) to be responsible for account opening, KYC documentation, assist in trade execution and client servicing for private wealth management clients.

Job Description

  • Provide support to Private Bank Relationship Managers in fostering and sustaining robust client relationships.
  • Oversee account openings and ensure meticulous compliance with KYC documentation requirements.
  • Execute client orders for global securities transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries, delivering prompt and effective responses.
  • Capture, monitor, and compile reports for management to identify trends and evaluate business risks.
  • Collaborate closely with various Product Desks to gain insightful perspectives and enhance service offerings.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • relevant of working or internship experience under private banking sector
  • Good knowledge on different financial products (derivatives, structured products, funds)
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
