Our client is one of the most reputable Hong Kong banks that serves personal banking, commercial corporate banking and wealth management for individuals or companies. They are currently looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to assist relationship managers, provide client servicing, credit process checking for HNW and UHNW individuals clients, candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in ARM field within banking industry!

Our client is one the most reputable Hong Kong banks that supports corporate customers worldwide on 64 countries and cities. Its main services are to provide personal banking service, commercial banking, wealth management to individuals or companies. They are currently hiring for an Assistant Relationship Manager and the department is assisting relationship manager in providing client servicing, credit process checking and build relationship.

Job Description



  • Uphold the highest standards of client service by promptly and effectively addressing inquiries and requests from high-net-worth clients.


  • Ensure that all account opening documentation for high-net-worth clients is complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements, while also guaranteeing timely and consistent data entry.


  • Engage in the credit application process by ensuring that all submissions are submitted within established deadlines.


  • Confirm that all client service activities related to high-net-worth clients fully comply with established processes and procedures.


  • Support Relationship Managers in processing orders and preparing daily transactions with accuracy and efficiency, facilitating seamless coordination with processing departments on migrated processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Good understanding in different banking products across different asset classes
  • at least 2 years of working experience in ARM field, with focus with PB clients is a plus!
  • Strong numerical and computer skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
