About Our Client

Our client is a large commercial enterprise and they are hiring a Assistant Project Lead within the HRIS team and they would like this candidate to be strong in project and stakeholders management.

This candidate will work closely with finance, IT and vendors on digital transformation (HRIS). The project is currently at phrase 2 and target to implement payroll and performance module in Q2 2023.

Job Description

  • As a Project Manager, work closely with vendors (Oracle, BIPO), IT and finance team in driving large scale HRIS implementation
  • Report to policy and operation heads on the project status and potential risk
  • Be consultative to the users, proactive in cooperating with different parties in coming up with solutions to tackle painpoints;
  • People-person with strong stakeholder management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Information System and related disciplines
  • 5+ years experience in HRIS Project Management
  • In-depth understanding in HR operations and system modules e.g. payroll, performance
  • Strong stakeholder management (both internal users and vendors)
  • Experience in Oracle HRMS/BIPO is a plus
  • Proactive, consultative with strong problem-solving skills. Strong business sense. Able to come up with different solutions in tackling business pain points
  • Experience working at a huge enterprise environment. Strong in cooperating with multi-functions team
  • Good command in Chinese and English
