About Our Client
An international chemical company - one of the largest player in the construction chemical market.
You will work closely with the local and global teams to create the three-year new product development plan. To support this effort, you will conduct research and analysis to understand global market trends and gather market insights from local teams. You will ensure that the new product development plan is aligned with the company's regional and global strategy. In addition to driving the implementation of product development plan, you will also lead various regional projects relating to product introduction and phase-out.
The Successful Applicant
The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business or chemical engineering, along with five years of experience in marketing and project management. Strong experience in new product development is essential. Experiences in relevant industry (building materials or chemicals) are preferred. Strong skills in project management and stakeholder relationships management are important factors to success in this position.
