Assistant Manager, Project Control and Finance (Infrastructure)
About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's largest infrastructure companies listed in Hong Kong with core business includes multinational M&A, real estate development, and other capital operation etc. To cope with their strong oversea investment portfolio, they are looking for an Assistant Manager or Manager to join their Project Finance team to handle the project control and financial performance.
Reporting to the Team Head, you will need to work closely with overseas subsidiaries and project companies on project control and risk. You will also need to perform business partnering and project coordination with overseas quality surveyors and project managers on infrastructure and construction projects. In addition, you will need to oversee KPI with analysis and monitor the financial performance of project as well as management reporting, potential M&A and post-acquisition management.
The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 4 years of experience in project control and project finance; ideally gained from engineering, construction or project consultancy companies with oversea project exposure. Candidates with engineering and construction background are highly preferred. Candidate should be strong in project control and management with solid financial planning and analysis as well as business partnering experience working with subsidiaries and business units. Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Manager title.
