Job Description

  • Oversee the localization of brand assets (print & digital) to align with omni-channel sales platforms, including partners, retail stores, and e-commerce, ensuring brand integrity and relevance to the Asian market.
  • Plan and manage regional trade events and supervise the creation and production of marketing tools.
  • Work closely with local teams across Asia regions and global teams to design and implement strategic deployment plans for the Asia region.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborations with commercial and education teams to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and share insights with global, regional, and country teams, leveraging findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the research team to analyze market intelligence and trends, identifying opportunities and challenges that impact the business.

The Successful Applicant

The company is looking for a talent who is a degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines and has at least 5 years of marketing experience in beauty, fashion or luxury industry.

Self-motivated, proactive and passionate.

Strong communications skills and negotiation skills.

Adaptive to fast paced working environment and able to work under pressure.

Excellent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
