They are looking for a professional candidate with 3-4 years of customer service experience plus MPF knowledge who can work on multiple tasks and a positive attitude to work.

Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the daily operation of the client servicing team
  • Responsible for handling customer service including inbound phone calls, account opening, customer's enquiries and complaints
  • Perform quality assurance on client services and tasks
  • Ensure personal client service key performance indicators are met
  • Adhere to the call process ensuring application of best practice in call introduction, query identification, resolution and call closure

The Successful Applicant

  • University graduate in business, finance or a related discipline
  • 3-4 years experience in client services/call centre with MPF knowledge
  • Registration with HKSI paper 1,7,8 and IIQE Paper 4
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities with a strong client service focus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, can work independently and in a team setting
