About Our Client

Our client is a leading listed property investor. They are looking to add a new Assistant Manager into finance team for future business expansion.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Prepare annual budget, forecast, operations review and related materials
  • Key liaison from finance team for investment projects in the region
  • Work with different parties to ensure on time property project delivery
  • Keep track the project performance with regular basis review with management
  • Review the management accounts and financial statements of investment activities
  • Monitor and review the CAPEX and OPEX requisitions

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified Accountant with a degree or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline, candidate in progress to acquire qualification with property industry experience would be considered
  • Minimum 3 years with experience in property industry is mandatory
  • Organised and good attention to details
  • Tech savvy and demonstrated strong excel skills
  • Able to deliver results while maintaining control and quality
  • Committed and able to work to tight deadlines with multiple tasks
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
