About Our Client

Our client is a prominent organization seeking a dedicated and skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join their growing IT department.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Lead security projects and initiatives, demonstrating proactive ownership.
  • Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, collaborating with the SOC, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement, manage, and govern security infrastructure, including M365 security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, etc.
  • Manage the SOC relationship, ensuring vendor performance meets KPIs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls.
  • Manage relationships with external security vendors and consultants.
  • Deliver security awareness training and foster a strong security culture.
  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO 27001, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a recognized university degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity operations.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, standards, and frameworks.
  • Is familiar with ISO 27001, S17, and G3.
  • Has hands-on experience with cloud security technologies (Azure, AWS, Cloudflare).
  • Has experience conducting security assessments, audits, and vulnerability assessments for large organizations.
  • Possesses practical experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, PAM, NDR, EDR, RAS, MDM, SIEM, Elasticsearch, and network monitoring tools.
  • Holds professional certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM (preferred).
  • Is familiar with common system and infrastructure technologies (Windows, Linux, VMware, SAN storage, M365, Active Directory).
  • Can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Holds cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, Microsoft, Zscaler, Cisco, Fortinet) (advantageous).
  • Is proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
