Job Description

As a Legal Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the company's legal affairs and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Providing legal advice on various business matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing various commercial documents.
  • Developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Providing training to company staff on legal matters.
  • Managing litigation matters and liaising with external parties.
  • Keeping up to date with industry regulations and changes in law.

The Successful Applicant

The required candidate will be a law degree holder with at least 5 years of related work experience from a sizeable in-house legal team. They must be fluent across English, Cantonese and Mandarin. It is important that they are self-motivated, have high attention-to-detail and can work within a team.
