About Our Client
Our client is a highly reputable Hong Kong organisation, with a very stable stable platform and excellent financial security and strong government backing.
As the Assistant HR Manager, you will partner directly with the senior HR management team to be responsible for all round HR duties for assigned departments. With the support from each HR specialist function team, you will be a trusted advisor to each department head, you will advise on all HR matters, from talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, policy, employee relations and other adhoc HR projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
The selected candidate will need at least 6 years HR generalist experience working in large reputable organisations, with a stable profile and proactive mindset to advance their career. Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English is a must, Mandarin would be a strong advantage. Candidates from any industry are welcome.
