About Our Client
Our client is a large Hong Kong organisation with around 3000 employees, with a highly effective and well-structured HR department split by HR Account Servicing and specialist HR teams.
You will be responsible for all round HR duties for the assigned departments within the organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be looking after recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and providing HR advice and business partnering to the departments. Regular communication with department heads will be required to understand the needs of each individual department, and how the HR function can help achieve the long term goals for the organisation.
As a key member of the HR team, you will be a strategic partner to support the design and implementation of various HR and operational initiatives while performing daily Human Resources tasks.
The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 8 years HR generalist experience within a large organisation. You will need demonstrated strong senior stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage different employee cases that may arise. Superb Chinese and English language skills both written and spoken would be essential for this role.
